About

Hong Fok Corporation Building

Hong Fok Corporation Limited is one of Singapore’s most established property developers since its incorporation in 1967, with a long track record of shaping the city’s urban landscape. Over the decades, the Group has pioneered many forms of development in Singapore and Hong Kong, including Singapore’s first mixed-use developments, earliest skyscrapers, and multiple innovative commercial and living concepts.

Our track record includes Singapore’s landmark Hyatt Hotel, tropical skyscraper The Concourse on Beach Road by world-renowned architect Paul Rudolph, and Henderson Industrial Park—then Singapore’s largest privately developed industrial estate—alongside a portfolio of commercial, residential, service apartments and hospitality assets in prime locations.

Our visionary residential developments include the Grangeford and Pacific Mansion in the prime River Valley district, both of which rank among the largest en-bloc sales in Singapore’s history (in 2007 and 2018 respectively).

Through each project, we seek to create buildings that are not only functional, but enduring—properties that contribute meaningfully to the character and evolution of the city. As a family-led listed company with a long-term vision, we remain committed to developing and investing in timeless, iconic properties to build a sustainable real estate business that stands the test of time.
